A small business website usually takes 2–4 weeks. Larger custom websites and e-commerce stores usually take 4–10 weeks. You receive a detailed timeline before the project starts.

We mainly build on WordPress (with Elementor or custom themes), Shopify and WooCommerce. We also build custom applications with Laravel and modern JavaScript frameworks when a project needs it.

Yes. Once the project is paid, the website, its content and the domain are yours. We set up hosting and domain accounts in your name whenever possible.

Shopify is the simplest option if you want a hosted store with less maintenance. WooCommerce, on WordPress, gives more flexibility and no platform transaction fees, and works well if content and SEO are a big part of your strategy. We recommend one based on your products, budget and team.

A typical store includes custom design, product and collection setup, filters, payment gateway integration, shipping and tax setup, customer accounts, policy pages and conversion-focused product pages. We can also add email capture, reviews and marketplace integrations.

Yes. We migrate stores between platforms (for example WooCommerce to Shopify or the reverse), including products, customers and orders where possible, and set up redirects to keep your search traffic.

Our SEO work covers keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, content creation and link building. Monthly plans include ranking tracking and reporting.

Most businesses see measurable ranking improvements within 3–6 months. Google Business Profile improvements can show results sooner, often within 4–8 weeks. Competitive keywords and new websites take longer.

Yes. Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization help you appear in the Google Maps "local pack" for searches like "near me". This includes categories, services, photos, posts, reviews strategy and local citations.

Small business websites range from $149 to $1,049 CAD depending on the number of pages, features and content needs. E-commerce stores start at $1,149. Every project gets a fixed quote before work begins, so there are no hourly billing surprises.

Yes. For projects over $2,500 we offer a split payment: 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Larger projects can be split into three milestone payments. We do not charge interest.

There is no fee to us after launch unless you choose a maintenance plan. You will have your own hosting (typically $15–30/month) and domain renewal (about $15–20/year).

We use fixed project pricing. You know the total cost upfront, and we scope everything clearly before starting.

Yes. Our WordPress maintenance plans start at $99/month and cover core and plugin updates, daily off-site backups, uptime monitoring and security scans. Higher plans add content edits, performance monitoring and malware removal.

No. Maintenance plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days notice.

Yes. We start with an audit of your current setup, fix any existing issues, and then move the site onto a regular maintenance plan.

We use SSL certificates, secure hosting, regular updates, automated backups, malware monitoring and security best practices to keep your website protected.

Our process is discovery, planning, wireframes, design, development, content, testing, SEO setup, launch and ongoing support. You review and approve the design before development begins.

It helps to have your logo, brand colours, examples of websites you like, your list of services or products, and any existing text and photos. If you do not have content yet, we can write it for you.
